- Target over 50 persons that we consider to be high capacity potential planters.
- Target three to five great cities where a plant is needed and where there is great potential. CMA will make sure we have financial, emotional, and spiritual support in these first three to five cities: Kansas City, Phoenix, Orlando, Oklahoma City, and Indianapolis. We have major support in the cities listed.
- Plant 50-100 churches in 5-10 years and make this goal known to universities and Bible colleges, our state and national conventions for the Church of God, Anderson, Indiana, and communicate this with pastors of large churches. The pastors will be hand selected and assessments conducted on all candidates to ensure to the best of our ability that we get the Best of the Best planters, male and female.
- Enlist leaders of diverse backgrounds. A new bi-vocational model to explore would be a Pastoral Team leading a church plant without salaries. A possibility for this model is in Oklahoma City.
